Our alumni

Today, our highly concentrated alumni network is at work in small, family owned businesses as well as in large global corporations. They run hospitals and churches, bring changes to large multinational business and are partners in law firms. They launch franchises and new companies. They are the leaders behind nonprofit, academic and government institutions. While our alumni are diverse they all came to Coles with one thing in common, the desire to thrive personally and professionally.

Coles Executive MBA's 5th Annual "Lessons in Leadership" series presents author and networking expert, Ricky Steele.

 

March 9, 2006: 5:30pm  - Reception, 6:30pm - Keynote Speaker - Ricky Steele - author of The Heart of Networking and Chief Development Officer for Thompson Technologies.

Coles Executive MBA alumni, current students, faculty, staff and special guests will join together for an evening of learning, re-connecting and networking.  The evening begins at 5:30pm at the KSU Executive Center with a special networking reception for all attendees.  Ricky Steele begins speaking at 6:30 pm and will take us deeper into the heart of networking. His latest book includes topics such as: How to create a savvy networking strategy and deploy effective networking tactics; how to overcome resistance in others; how to invest in networking; how to make the most of networking events; how to take ownership of your networking contacts; how to reach the people with the power to do business with you.
