CREDENTIALS

Your credentials will consist of the following items.

1.    POSITION PAPERS:  One for every committee for which you have delegates attending is required. They will be placed on the Home Government desk during the conference for delegates' review

2.    WORKING PAPERS:   As per discussion at the faculty meeting, we will experiment with the idea of not requiring working papers this year; however, faculty members are strongly encouraged to have students practice drafting resolutions so that they become familiar with the format.  We will further assess the issue of working papers at the next faculty meeting.

3.    DISCLAIMERS: EACH participant, faculty advisor, and other individuals attending must fill out and sign a disclaimer.  (Please make a copy for each person.)  A header sheet with the total list of names must accompany the individual forms.

4.    DELEGATION LIST: A list of ALL names of participants and faculty advisors must be submitted,  typed or clearly printed.

5.    REGISTRATION FEE: Payment amount must correspond with the number of nations your school represents.

These items must be submitted by MONDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2006.  If using the U.S. Postal Service, please mail so that we receive them in this office by the deadline date.  If you find that you are unable to meet this deadline, please notify the KSUHSMUN Staff Coordinator at 770-499-3274.
