Computers and Writing focuses on the study and practice of computer-mediated writing. This course examines theories of new media and multimodal literacy as it engages students in mastering the conventions of writing for the Web and planning, designing, and composing a variety of rhetorically effective digital texts.
WRIT 3160 Argumentative Writing
Argumentative Writing focuses on the study and practice of persuasive writing. The course focuses on rhetorical concepts and the writing process. Students will write and revise multiple arguments, participate in peer review and analysis activities, and read a variety of arguments. |
