Dr. Meng Han joined the College of Computing and Software Engineering at Kennesaw State University in May 2017 as a tenure-track Assistant Professor right after he got his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Georgia State University. Dr. Han received the KSU Early Career Faculty award at the begining of his third year for his outstanding contribution and achievement. As the Director of DIR (Data-driven Intelligence Research) Lab, there have been more than 12 Master and 2 Ph.D. students graduated under Dr. Han's supervision. Dr. Han has accumulate unique experiences of the analysis towards big social data, cyber data, and business data with academic achievements of 6 book/book chapters, more than 30 first-authored and 30 co-authored publications in referenced international journals and conferences. Dr. Han is currently an ACM member, an IEEE member, and an IEEE COMSOC member. His research interests include Data-driven Intelligence, FinTech, Data Security & Privacy, and Blockchain Technologies, etc.
