Here is how I would like to use my
faculties to shape my life!

These are only rough guidelines of my life goals.  I'm still in *ahem!* deep contemplation over filling in the details.  So while I thank you for reading through this page, I encourage you to come back!

1.  I wish to be an intriguing human; no day should pass when I didn't impress someone, no hour when I didn't cross someone's thoughts.
THE NICE THING ABOUT EGOTISTS IS THAT THEY DON'T TALK ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE!

2.  I want to consciously and rigorously develop the vision in my thoughts, the discretion in my words and the competence in my deeds.
WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU TODAY THAT MAY CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER?

3.  I crave to write; to thrill with pathos and mirth through the written word.  I eventually want be a uno-generic author (don't ask more; the idea is secret!) - and yes, win the Booker Prize!
DISCRETION IS GREATER THAN ELOQUENCE!

4. I am determined to fight for animals.  I think recognizing the pain and rights of animals is essential to building a society that is morally and economically healthy.  I endorse vegetarianism!
TURN VEGETARIAN! SAY YES TO LIFE!

5.  I want to spread the eternal messages of life-philosophers like Swami Vivekananda, Albert Einstein and Mahatma Gandhi, whose socio-scientific thought is the panacea for the ills of the modern materialistic world.
AANO BHADRAHA, KRATHAVO YANTHU VISHWATAHA! (Phrase from the Rig Veda, meaning "Let noble thoughts come to us from all sides")

6.  I hope to, some day, create and sustain a scholarship fund to enable the bright but poor students of Mysore district, southern India, to be educated at the finest universities of the world.
THE TRUE TRAVELLER IS ONE WHO GOES ON FOOT, AND EVEN THEN, HE SITS DOWN A LOT OF THE TIME.

7.  I wish to spread love and respect for wildlife and nature in Asia.  I think the alarming pace of deforestation and extinction of species has as much to do with non-awareness as with greed.  Did you know, for instance, that India loses a tiger to poachers every single day?
PERHAPS THE TRUTH DEPENDS ON A WALK AROUND THE LAKE!

8.  I hope to, one day, achieve something tangible for the poor of India, on whose hunger and hopes politicians have been winning elections for 54 years since Independence.
ESCHEWING MATERIALISM SHOULD NOT MEAN STARVING!

9.  I hope to run a crusade about the real and present danger to world peace from religious fundamentalism.  No religion teaches to hate other religions: Fanatics like those of the Lashkar-e-Toiba and Taliban, who want to disrupt people's personal lives, break up nations and terrorise innocents, should have no place in civilized society other than in prison.
VASUDAIVA KUTUMBAKAM (Sanskrit phrase, meaning 'The world is but one family')

10.  I want to do my bit to spread scientific temper in the world.
SCIENCE IS WHAT WE KNOW.  PHILOSOPHY IS WHAT WE DON'T KNOW!
