4 NOTE: Students may submit a late quiz up to 7 days following its due date.
4 ALSO: Late quizzes will incur a 5-point daily penalty unless the student provides an excused absence.
4 MAKE-UP QUIZZES: After 7 days late, students with no submitted quiz must request a make-up worth 50% credit.
